Casey gives a brief history on water and water rights in the Treasure Valley. “First in time, first in right” means that Canyon County, along with its extensive and diverse agricultural operations, will have to wait their turn.

On a completely unrelated topic, Daniel describes what life is like inside of a sagebrush gall for tiny midge larva. You might think life would be pretty comfy in there, but think again.
